Each order is handmade to order. Orders take up to 7 days before despatch. On rare occasions due to supply issues beyond our control an order may take longer to despatch, in this instance you will be contacted to advise on any delays. Orders cannot be cancelled once made. Leather used is vegetable tanned and can have varied changes in colour, scratches and blemishes due to it’s sustainable approach and adds to the character of the leather. Tan leather will darken in time, which again is the unique property of leather. Please check sizes and suitability of items for your dogs before purchasing and Seldom Found cannot take any responsibility for any malfunction due to this. Requested bespoke items cannot be refunded.


shipping

Free shipping to the uk is offered for orders over £30. Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked postage is used for all UK orders. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail international Tracked service. Buyers outside of the uk are responsible for any local customs or sales taxes that apply to their country. Seldom Found is not responsible for any delays caused by customs. We aim to despatch items as quickly as possible.

Privacy

Please notify by contacting cheryl@seldomfound.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return your item. It is your responsibility to pay postage for any returns. Items must be unused, intact and in original packaging with labels intact to receive a full refund. Items must be received by Seldom Found 21 days after you initially receive the goods. An initiated refund minus any postage will be refunded back to you up to 7 days after Seldom Found receives the returned goods.


 

Any data or information via our website is held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. Your details will in no circumstances be passed on to a third party. Your privacy is the utmost importance to us.
